Rules
- No web-sites will be accepted that have inappropriate content or additional windows.
- The traffic will be sent over the course of 30 days or less of ad confirmation, each month subscription for this service is active. If the full amount is not served you will receive a refund for the traffic not sent. Subscriber may cancel subscription at any time via their paypal account or by notifying us. Cancellation does not constitute refund, and refunds are not issued once traffic has been delivered. You understand that the subscription charge is recurring every 30 days until you decide to cancel your subscription in which you can do so at any time as you wish to avoid
further subscription charges. If you cancel before traffic has been delivered for the month, traffic will continue to be delivered until it is completed for the month.

Liability:

We are not liable for any malfunction or failure of its systems, Site or service offering due to matters including, but not limited to, force majeure, the failure of our-ads' or any other entity's software, hardware or communications technology or any part thereof, delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system, any outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout or industrial action of any kind.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to change any conditions of this contract at any time. Members are responsible for complying with any changes to our Publisher Agreement within 10 business days from the date of change. We will post any changes to this Agreement in this area of the Website.
